I went out with my mom yesterday and had lunch, then had birthday party where dinner was served, so yesterday is my highest calorie count and I can see my weight is definitely affected by my tendency to not eat at home, I make poor choices when I eat out. I am suppose to go out to dinner with friends tonight, and I am promising myself now that I will make healthy choices.
