Went well over calories yesterday, but still had a deficit of 1000, so I am ok with that. We went out with friends for dinner at Red Robin and I love that they will make any of their burgers in a Petite size if you order it. It doesn't show on their menu, but I found that out last year and now I always order mine that way. It is about half the size of the normal burger and smaller in every way including the bun. :)
