Oh, that bug I caught really wore me out! I'm just getting back into exercising rather than sleeping all the time. I hope to lift twice this week, then four times next week.
146.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
