Yesterday was my first day tracking my food. I didn't do as well as I should have, but that was the whole reason for doing this. I had been exercising and not losing much weight. Now, if I can track my food and see where I can change things, then I can lose more weight. I'm trying to do this slow and make life long changes. I don't want to be a fad and give up like I usually do.
