Can't stick to Vi shape shakes. Taste ok as long as add some fruits. I never been a milk drinker, even the amount of soya milk found too heavy on stomach, yet doesn't sits long enough and getting hungry very quick. Eating fresh fruits and nuts in between, drink plenty of fluids... I need my diet to be different taste and texture everyday and this shake is boring. My motivation is low now...
