I didn't exercise today but I did eat ok. I had 1cup of Kashi Health Heart cereal, 1 banana and 1/2 cup of 2% milk. I had a protein bar for snack and a protein shake for lunch. Supper I had tuna, mayo 2tbsp. and about 10 crackers.
