i dont know that my im getting muscle or im hitting the wall?
my weight didnt changed back in a week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
may be ill just wait and train hard....... i will never give up!!!!!

Sometimes it takes time for the scale to catch up with our hard work. You can lose fat and not see the scale move. So notice how your clothes are fitting too. Keep going!

I do a weekly check on measurements. This is usually a better measure of where you are and it balances out the scale. Important in my success!
