Went totally off my plan this weekend, The husband and I went out of town unexpectedly, so I decided to give myself one day off, and that turned into two days off. I tried to go back in and record most of the things I remember eating, but It's not exact. Just got to work and I'm back on track today, and I'm feeling great! :) Hope everyone had a great Holiday!!

you are doing so good though girl keep it up! im proud =0) I am having some major issues staying on track. Stress makes things so hard! Pray for me, please. God's help is what I need right now to lose this nastiness I call my body.
