My birthday challenge.

So my birthday is December 7th and I am setting a challenge for me with the hopes that it can be done. I know WW would say I have lost too much too fast, but I am really going to do my best to push myself to make it happen.

My goal is to get to Onederland by my birthday. That would be 18 pounds in about 8 weeks, which averages to just over 2 pounds a week.

I am increasing the intensity of my workout, I am completely concentrating on the 8 HGs and hoping to reach this goal, or at least get pretty darn close.

When I make it to 199, it will be the first time I am under 200 pounds in about 17 years, maybe even longer. It would also bring my total weight loss to 50 pounds, something I have never done before.
