I am a mother of three kids. Two boys ages 10 & 9, and a daughter who is 6. I was always skinny until I had my first son, I put on 70 lbs with the first pregnancy. Now I weigh almost as much as I did when I gave birth to them all.I am a stay at home mom, but I am in school full time, majoring in accounting. I am tired of being exhausted all the time and not having the energy to do the things I used to love, like hiking. I would like to eat healthy and teach my kids good eating habits so they don't end up like me. I just want to be comfortable in my own skin again, and be strong and healthy too.
