Walked the treadmill for 1 and 1/3 miles, Monday and Tuesday. I'm taking today off from the treadmill and concentrating on muscle toning. I figure that 3-4 days a week on the treadmill and the rest of the days toning should be good. I will see what happens after a couple of weeks and adjust as needed.
