Got busy and didn't track food for a few days. didn't gain, but didn't lose so I'll be more diligent in awareness of exactly what I eat. Mom could lose a few pounds to help her knees, so she's on board with eating healthy. That makes it much easier for me since I don't have to worry about her liking what I cook.
