OK,
Now I need to work on fighting the stress of starting a new school year. Need to be aware of the after lunch cravings. I can do this, I can eat healthy, stay away from processed food, eat healthy. I know what that means and how I feel when I do!
162.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 10.5 lb a week

i have the same sort of after lunch cravings. i discovered a cup of coffee or tea with milk along with a weight watchers 1 point cake can take the edge off!
