I was forced to eat a peanut butter cookie yesterday. Went to see a friend and she baked them special for me. I didn't have the heart to tell her no and hurt her feelings. It was really good, though, actually. My carbs for the day went a little higher than they should have, but my weight today was up only .2 lbs., so it was worth it. I'll make up for it today by subtracting my carb overage from yesterday to today's. Not sure if that's how to do it, so I need to look in the book for that answer.
