Had a little set back this week... Exercise set me back a little bit, I retained water weight due to sore muscles.
I weighed in on Friday and was a pound heavier and weighed again on Sat and was down 2 lbs.
I'm sure with continued exercise the water retention will subside.
208.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
