I'm only 5 days away from 30 days in my new food plan for weight loss. It takes that long to develop a new habit as I understand it. I'll be adding exercise next and will have to modify the food plan to suit my energy needs. But so far I'm doing it! I'm averaging 2.2lb loss per week!
