Nothing much to report at the moment. Haven't been particularly strict with the diet recently but the intensity of training has increased so things seem to be evening out. Did my High Intensity Interval Sprints yesterday and I've got a few rounds of sparring to do tonight at the boxing club.

thanks for the advice, I did the squats over head lifts and my thighs feel tight! I need to rid the chub on my thighs...
