If you need an excuse for this last week, I've got a bajillion. Let's get past that and on to today. Today was GREAT. I kept within calories and drank all water without having a diet soda as usual. Thanks to a certain someone who has made me want to change...I suppose I need to realize 2 things. To put myself and wishes first and also to realize I am worth it. Ah...Three things. I will only get out of it what I put into it. That being said: Here's to this week and making sure I behave and make him proud :) Thanks Jay...love ya!
