If you need an excuse for this last week, I've got a bajillion. Let's get past that and on to today. Today was GREAT. I kept within calories and drank all water without having a diet soda as usual. Thanks to a certain someone who has made me want to change...I suppose I need to realize 2 things. To put myself and wishes first and also to realize I am worth it. Ah...Three things. I will only get out of it what I put into it. That being said: Here's to this week and making sure I behave and make him proud :)

Is it possible to eat a bajillion calories in one night? Hate to say it but I messed up royally on thursday night...I promise after this weekend I'm going to ease up on the drinking...since all I did after that was stuff my face. I know I shouldn't do this but I'm going to restart on Monday, where I plan to start excercising again. I want this off bad. I guess we can only expect to get out of it what we put into it. I will see everyone Monday!

I believe this weighin has something to do with wearing a sweatshirt. At least this is what I'm hoping. lol...I had a stressful day and let myself eat because of it...I'm almost ashamed to write down what I had to eat but I will because the old me would "start again tomorrow". Not this time :) I'm a bit worried for tomorrow as they're having a "food day" at work, and I always tend to over eat at these things...I'm planning on bringing a bag of veggies to munch on before we have it so that I can stay away from a million calories :) I guess it really is all about planning :)
