Stopped the diet yesterday and am still losing a little bit at a time. I followed the meal plan for breakfast and lunch however we decided to splurge for dinner in celebration of the end. It was not a good thing to do because it was too much and my tummy isn't accustomed yet to the meal. I had a burger with provolone cheese with a small fruit salad on the side. The burger bun was gluten-free and had a rubbery texture. Is this normal? I wonder if the restaurants should charge extra for a gluten-free bun......Ugh!
131.5 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
