Two weeks ago I weight was 202lbs thats right about the heaviest I have ever been. I went to my Doctor and he placed me on a weight lost program of a Protein shake in the morning and a salad with no more than 6 oz of meat for lunch. Nothing but water after lunch. After 7 days of this I was too weak to be able to do my daily tasks but I had shrank down to 194 lbs. I since have increased the amount I eat and have continued to lose and am down to 189 lbs.
