Ok - the Atkins oatmeal cinnamon baked square is only 6g net carbs, but there's nowhere to put the sugar alcohols in the RDA...so it's showing 14g...fail!! How are we supposed to track our RDI accurately, when the information is wrong?? grrrr

That is a dilemma, KmK. Might need to watch eating those Atkins treats. I have tried eating them and can't lose plus my blood sugar goes up. Good luck.
