I went to a dinner "show" charity event and they didn't have much to eat. I had 3 chicken wings that were slightly breaded. Then I tried a couple bites of 3 different deserts. Blood sugar went up to 191 when I tested it saturday night. Yesterday was fine except I overslept and had an Atkins shake and 1/2 peanut granola bar (Atkins). Then had an omelet at friendly's. Had 5 small pieces of homefries. Dinner was fine, but Ricky mades some "brownies" with mnms in them and I 2 of them. Will do better today.
181.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
