I really need to get back in shape to make me feel good again.
So i have to make a schedule my own.
Studying in the library atdays and going for jogging at 9 pm with bf for one hour.
Hope it will work.
122.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
