This week was week number one. My inspiration - well I had many. A defining moment was finding an old weight watcher journal from 2009 when I weighed 153 and wasn't pleased...OMg...36 pounds in four years???? Change is necessary!
So, I don't feel deprived or hungry. I'm enjoying journalling in my homemade weight watcher points tracker.
I look forward to weighing in again next week, and also plan to see continued loss!
