All is going well as far as diet and exercise goes. Despite having a full day of training for teaching reading strategies, I have been able to maintain my twice daily workouts. I have been eating well and getting a balanced amount of calories. I make my classroom debut on Monday and I feel confident that I will have enough energy to work with the students. Back to the exercise, I bought a hoopnotic dvd program with a hula hoop. I love it! I find my self hula hooping for 30-40 minutes at a time.
