I'm BACK. And I'm FAT! If I don't keep a regular account of my food, I simply eat too much. So here goes! I'm starting over. I'm afraid to step on the scale. I know I'm not where I was when I first started here because I was wearing size 18's. I had gotten down to a size 12, my 14's are now starting to get tight.
I will start with just a honest account of my food intake and see if I can get back into a regular schedule again.

For some reason I have a hard time tracking on the weekends, and it seems like if I'm not tracking it then those calories don't count. Well, that's just not true and I'm finally making better decisions about what to eat even when I'm not tracking. Good for you for finding your way back!!
