“Fried” apple with cinnamon and sugar in plain vanilla yogurt. My house smells like apple pie.

Good idea for my kids..

No oil on these at all. The sugar in the apples caramelized very quickly and sealed them. The cinnamon and sugar mix was a demitasse spoonful, so that's maybe 1/4 of a teaspoon, I might try skipping it next time. And there will be a next time. This hit the spot. Didn't even need the yogurt.
