Had a pretty bad week. Lost my job this week and just didn't feel like doing anything. Pretty much ate my heart out and now I feel like crap. Going to start trying to get in the habit of walking at least a mile every day. I need to start seeing some change. I'm tired of being tired all the time.
238.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 78.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
