Been walking the last few days. :) Today I walked pushing my 2 year old in a sit & stand stroller. I walked 1 mile in 17 minutes. I was aiming for a 15 minute mile but didn't make it. Then I walked 2 more miles in 40 minutes with my sister (I was still pushing Jeff). :) It feels good to get out and walk. Hope to walk tomorrow if it isn't raining too hard.
