I didnt realize that when I changed my diet to my own that it starts my color coad over. That sucks. I would have just kept it on weight watchers if that were the case. Not having a great day. Irritated for no reason. not losing for over a week. Annoying. :\ Pmsing? Perhaps.

thats the only thing I hate about this site. I want to change my diet because I am not doing weight watchers but I want to keep my progress bar where it is and not have to start over. Your weight may be staying the same because of water retention, but it could also be that your body has gotten used to the exercise your doing try switching it up and make your body think. I normally do Cardio one day and Strength/toning the next.
