I've been falling off the recording points wagon since yesterday. TOM is here and I am just not feeling motivated. I know I will be upset with myself though if I don't show a loss this week. I've been reading journals to get myself back to being motivated. I will head out on a walk tonight and then will be back at the gym tomorrow. Monday I had a good hard workout and am back to feeling strong again. I am going to fill out an app. at the YMCA to see if I can lead a class once a week when my son is in preschool there. I talked to the athletic director and he wasn't sure it would work out this semester but told me to fill out an app. anyway. I used to lead senior classes at the Y when I worked at another one before I got married. I also lead aerobics in college so it seemed like enough for him. I would prob. do a beginner's bootcamp with all around toning and a nice relaxing stretch and breathing time at the end. That is always motivation to get as fit as possible when you are the one leading a class!

I am sure you will get the motivation you need to get back on track. when tom is around, there is NO thinking staight! wow! leading class is for sure going to get it done, huh!? hope it works out for you!

How exciting that you are moving toward teaching an exercise class! That would definitely be motivating for you and you would HAVE to go so there would be no excuses. I know you don't feel motivated right now but you will get your "mojo" back if you just keep at it. Mind and body are so intertwined. If you keep the exercise ramped up, the eating will fall in line.
