Somewhat rainy and a little chill in the air; Just finished a great book "To Dance with the White Dog" by Terry Kay. Everyone, especially the young should read this book. It's a good lesson on growing old and speaks about how the elderly feel at their end of passage.
I did exceed calorie intake today, with next to none exercise. Hope to make an improvement tomorrow.
