I have been on a full protein diet for the last 2 weeks. its working great !!!! lost 10 pounds, first week 6 and second week 4. It was very hard to follow in the second week. Had two cheats that week. I binged on the 7th day On cheese and almonds that night, but I tried to not go too crazy. Had about 5 ounces of cheddar cheese and 4 hand fulls almonds.The next day went right back to being good. The next cheat 3 days after was very controlled. I had 3 cheddar cheese sticks and 6 thin slices of turkey cold cuts. I am finding this week very easy to follow.No cheats so far. After my second weight in I decided to try something different. I have added to my diet Green tea fat burning pills. I don't know if that is what is helping me. I really don't have any food urges.I get weight on Tuesdays. I am very curious to see if I have lost more than 4 pounds.
The next thing I want to try is Green coffee pills along with my protein diet after my next weight in to see if the claims to this wonder pills are true. I will keep you posted on the results.
