Well..didn't get nearly enough sleep last night and had to work weird hours today, so didn't make it to the fitness center before it closed and am frankly too tired to do anything but cook dinner and go to bed. I did, however, strictly follow my eating plan..not even having pasta with my spaghetti sauce (I'm having spaghetti soup!). I've decided to go back to Phase 1 this week--I've been sliding down the slippery carbohydrate slope for a few weeks now and need to get to the place I was before I got lax with myself on Phase 2. It seems that at this point I'm an all or nothing eater and I feel inspired by my small successes this week (and the super-cute size 18 skirt I bought on clearance at Target). I'd really like to lose the bulk of this weight before I go home to North Carolina for Christmas and I know if I knuckle down I can easily do it.
