This is my 3rd day eating clean and healthy; however, I went over my caloric limit (1500) and ate almost 2000 calories, which would be fine if I was working out with my P90X program. I think the sunflower seeds are what put me over.
Also, my sodium intake was much much lower today then yesterday and I am soooo happy about that. While going over my food diary last night, I realized that I had to cut back on the green olives and deli sliced turkey because they both are very high in sodium. Tomorrow I start working out again…yippy…lol.
