4/24/13 I have been eating and periodically binging for the last week.Dont know what brought this on things are going well No emotional upsets, no stress-- I am retiring from working at our business so I will be officially retired on Friday this week, but will still come in if they need coverage. I want to just stay home tonight but I know that is not going to help me. I have been relatively good for 1 and 1/2 days and am trying to regroup. Lindsay I will be there tonight but I dont have a diet log (I thought about lying) Also 0 exercise. I guess it can only get better.
