Yesterday 177.2 Today 176.8 wow! A couple weeks it was only 1lb a WK very depressing. But I stuck with it as will I do if I slow down again. But who knows where the credit goes not doing products so much but every now n agn. Also bumped up my exercise Frm 45-1hr to 1hr- 1hr30 mins. Also moved my self up to phase 2 eating diff things now...yummy. So im feeling a new motivation... Lk a second wind :) also its true don't b hard on self. If u eat a peice of cake n u ain't had one in a month its OK!!! Lk its been sd better to get that craving out the way then to let it build n build n make u miserable. Lol and it did at times cuz if ur lk me food is allllways on my mind.
