My worst time is evenings. I sit and crochet or watch a movie, and love to snack on crackers and cheese. I am trying to mentally prepare myself, and to plan my dinner so that snacking at night will not happen. Hard to break 13 years of habit. But so much better to not eat at night...I sleep much better when I don't. Ready for the Challange.
