anyone on here use HerbaLife products? my stepmother is a distributor and she's dropped a bit of weight. she's been singing its praises to me, even trying to get me to be a distributor. i didn't go that far but i did get Formula 1 (the shakes) and i find it's working out OK. i must admit i did resist for a while because i figured it was nothing more than a crash diet and i worried about putting on more weight when/if i stop. but i feel so great and it's convenient for me. shake in the morning (because i sometimes skip breakfast! or i end up PAYING for toast at work. not expensive but it's white bread, which i try not to eat). i have a decent lunch (my biggest meal) then i have a shake for dinner. that's OK because i get home so late sometimes, i can't be arsed to cook. the shakes keep me full and i have more energy than i've ever had. maybe she's onto something? i recognise that i will have to watch it. if i stop, i will still have to count calories it i want to maintain but i'm pleased so far. if i gain weight back, it'll be a lesson learned. as they say, rome wasn't built in a day. would be interested to know if anyone else has views on HerbaLife. thanks.
