The hardest thing about this is the eating. I've been able to excercise about 30 to 45 minutes about 4 days out of the week at lunch, but after two months of this, and not changing my diet, I lost zero lbs. Now I've tried limiting my calories but so far I have lacked the discipline. I always say, tomorrow I will really start, so tonight I will have this huge piece of pecan pie or 8 chocolate chip cookies. This has to stop.
