Supplements - "Human Effect Matrix"

Still looking this over, but it seems to be a well-organized and researched matrix of the evidence regarding the effects of various supplements. If, for example, you want to know about the actual data regarding the effects of green tea on fat oxidation, the site will tell you that it's been well-researched, that there is a minor effect, and provide links to the 8 studies upon which the conclusion is based.

Probably worth a look if you use supplements.

Example: Vitamin D

Interesting. Thanks for the link I'll check it out. But one thing to consider when looking at the totality of studies is that typically only positive studies get published which can cause influence 'evidence-based' advice negatively. http://on.ted.com/Goldacre2012
