I actually weighed myself twice this morning, and the numbers were so different that I'm taking the larger one and we'll see how tomorrow goes. Regardless, 8 pounds in 7 days is a whole lot of ick. Glad to have it out of my body. RB has even lost a few pounds since I'm not cooking way too much food for him, and he's completely on board with the low/good-carb plan for after the cleanse. That's just invaluable -- a supportive partner. So glad to have him in my corner.

I haven't cheated, even a little bit, and I'm continuing to feel good. Yay! Tomorrow is day 10. I can do this!
137.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
