1313 kcal Fat: 45.37g | Prot: 59.16g | Carb: 148.95g.   Breakfast: Coffee, Nutri-Grain Cereal Bar - Strawberry, Orange Juice with Pineapple (Pulp Free). Lunch: Cheddar Cheese, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Ceasar Parmigiano Yogurt Dressing, Cheesy potato and broccoli soup. Dinner: Roasted Potato, Skinless Chicken Breast, Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Butter (Salted), Cabernet Sauvignon Wine. Snacks/Other: Chewy Granola Bars - Cherry Dark Chocolate, Cherry Mixed Fruit in 100% Fruit Juice. more...
