1313 kcal Fat: 45.37g | Prot: 59.16g | Carb: 148.95g.   Breakfast: Orange Juice with Pineapple (Pulp Free), Nutri-Grain Cereal Bar - Strawberry, Coffee. Lunch: Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Cheddar Cheese, Cheesy potato and broccoli soup, Ceasar Parmigiano Yogurt Dressing. Dinner: Skinless Chicken Breast, Butter (Salted), Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, Roasted Potato, Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh). Snacks/Other: Chewy Granola Bars - Cherry Dark Chocolate, Cherry Mixed Fruit in 100% Fruit Juice. more...
