Protein Shake with Blueberries & 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Cup of coffee with 1 teaspoon LF natural creamer & 1/2 teaspoon sugar
4" x 4" lasagna
214.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
