I did my 2nd day of "couch to 5K " challenge today. It went well! The podcast certainly helps keep me going.

WOE going pretty well, too. Last night I guzzled an Atkins bar. Put me over my limit a little but it could have been way worse!
Had company all day Wed., took my Mom shopping yesterday, came home to empty house and that's when I think I need something to nibble on. So I was glad I had the Atkins bar to satisfy my lonely moment because in the past, lonely moments often turned into hours or days! Not anymore!
I am in control of my emotions..not the other way around, anymore!

I very rarely eat out but when I do it's always been french fries included. I love them but never have them at home.

Since I've been doing Atkins, just over a month now, I've eaten out 5 times! NO fries! Salad and grilled chicken or shrimp.

I don't have any desire for bread or potatoes. (my favorite foods)
Chocolate hasn't been calling my name either! Wow hard to imagine...

All in all...I'm doing great and feeling fabulous.
