Air fried chicken tenderloins with: Costco Salt Free Organic Seasoning, Paprika, parmesan cheese, almond flour, rolled oats, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. I used an egg wash, but ended up giving most of that to the dogs once I dipped the chicken. It turned out really well. I wish I'd waited to eat my salad until after they were done, they would have been like the chicken tenders salad they used to have at Red Robin or one of those places when we used to go out for lunch. Nice and crispy and a good spice combo. The "naked" one in the middle was when I ran out of the coating.
