After looking at yesterday's results, resolved to give up homemade granola (which I love but must now do without).

Hi. Columbia County Bread Company has a Flaxseed 'Granola' recipe on their blog that you might enjoy if you miss the crunch. I have it everyday as a snack, and I'm losing weight. There are only 4 ingredients: flaxseed, craisins, walnuts and cinnamon. Enjoy!
