Tomorrow is a weigh in. I have been on a plateau for several weeks, hoping it breaks tomorrow! I walked a 5k on Saturday, walked 10 miles with a friend yesterday and have started aquatic bootcamp to mix it all up. Have also done a couple of Zumba classes. Although the scale can be discouraging, my shape is indeed changing. I am now down a size in pants and in tops, at the last hole on my belt and am a little bit sore, but happy. Yeah me! I am getting to the place where I miss walking/exercise if I don't do it. I think this may be a good thing! :)
