I have found that Weight Watchers can be done along with a light exercise program. When I started back in January I would walk on a treadmill at about 2mph and would cover about a mile. I would do this everyday. Now I can walk/run about 4mph for 45 minutes and cover about 3.5 miles. I have also changed my eating habits to the point system. To date I have lost 51 pounds, yea me!

You are kickin butt with the exercise. Good idea to build up slowly. I started walking years ago and even ran half a marathon. I just lost my mojo and have to lose some weight and get inspired by people like you.

Thanks Helgaf, While walking on the treadmill I would place my laptop on top put on headphones and watch 24. Since January I have watched all 5 seasons while walking. I have also watched the first 2 seasons of Prision Break. It was good to get my mind off of walking and focus on the show. When I weighed in today I had finally surpassed the 50 pound mark. Just 7 to go to reach goal.

Congratulations on the the exercise and your successful weight loss!! I am walking ont he treadmill as well.. not running for that long a period YET but will walk on 3.5 to 4 for about 5 minutes then run on 4.5 for about 2-3 minutes. I do that for about 30- 35 minutes. SOOOO I hope that I can tell a difference in my endurance soon. Keep up the good work!! My mantra is Nothing tastes as good as being slender feels!! Have a great day!!
